Robin Hayes - 3D, VR, and Consumer Product Design Consulting - Modeling

Low-poly models are still preferred in real time applications such as VR and games. Here I used blender to create a medeival helmet from scratch starting with a sphere.

For playing with shaders, I prefer higher poly counts, here is a bottle, glass, and corkscrew I made to test my custom refraction shader, you can see some "firefly" artifacts in the render at only 1400 samples.

Here I made a walking platform for a steampunk game I am working on.

A vehicle-mounted gun model.
